Reiki Healings are holistic therapy and will not take the place of a doctor or therapist. They will compliment your sessions with your therapist but never will take the place. 

All bookings require payment upon booking in order to hold your session(s). Rescheduling goes as followed:

I know life can get crazy from time to time, please know that I am a small business owner who also works a job and has a family life at home. If you're to reschedule please reach out via text message, before 24 hours of your scheduled apt. If you need to reschedule after that please do so within 2 hours of your apt. After 2 hours in order to keep your rescheduled date secure a payment of $10 will have to be made upon booking the reschedule. If you are running late to your apt I will hold space for you for 12 mins, if you do not show your appointment will be cancelled and you will not be refunded. This is because I have certain days and hours for availability and I want to accommodate everyone.  Please be mindful and respect my time. Thank you for understanding.

Follow basic candle guidelines. Always trim candle wicks before each and every use. Always keep candle on a heat resistant service. Never leave candle unattended. Always keep in plain sight. Keep away from children and any pets. Keep away from anything that could catch fire. Remove any crystals layered on top. Do NOT burn for over 4 hours. If you exceed the 4 hour it will get too hot and become very dangerous. Crystal Violet Shop LLC will not be held liable to you mishandling candles. We do recognize that some users like to burn candles completely down however we do not recommend burning past 10% It is a safety issue. Follow candle guidelines. 

All sales are FINAL. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order please email or text to see if there is anything I can personally do to help. Returns or refunds will not be applied. I make sure each piece is beautiful and intact before shipping, during the packing of the orders I make sure that items are wrapped nicely, Crystal Violet Shop will not be responsible for any damages made through shipping.
